About Me

Trevor Mutch

My Story

I teach Personal Finance, Economics, and Statistics at a private, Jesuit High School after spending several years as a litigation consultant and college soccer coach. When I started working in Academia, I successfully proposed to the school administration the implementation of a Personal Finance elective. I subsequently designed all the course curriculum relating to personal budgeting, banking, consumer credit, insurance, loan amortization, and other practical, financial concepts.

Given Personal Finance is absent from standardized education on the high school and university levels, I began offering a series of live virtual zoom lectures that cover a number of personal finance topics. I am passionate about filling the void of today’s education by teaching young adults financial literacy skills that will improve their everyday lives.
